Privacy at Pause Point, in plain words
Pause Point sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers and has no sign-up forms. The budget planner and the self-check work inside your own browser, and nothing you type into them is sent to us or saved.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. There are no accounts, newsletters or comment boxes. The numbers you enter in the budget planner, the optional username it uses to fill in your message and the ticks in the self-check stay on your screen; refresh or close the page and they are gone.
Copy buttons put text on your device's clipboard so you can paste it into a chat or an email. Where it goes after that is up to you.
What our host handles
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page asked for, to deliver pages quickly and to block abuse. We do not add analytics on top of that, and we do not build visitor profiles.
When you click through to Springbok
The header and footer buttons send you through Springbok's affiliate address on link.springbokcasino.co.za, which records the click so Springbok can credit us. From that point you are on Springbok's systems, and its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab) covers what it collects.
Phone, WhatsApp and email links
Tapping a helpline number opens your phone's dialler, and the WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp. The call or chat is between you and the NRGP or SADAG; we cannot see it.
If you email hello@casino-springbok.org, we use your address and message only to reply and to fix the page you wrote about. We do not add anyone to a mailing list or pass messages on.
Changes to this notice
If the site ever adds a feature that handles data differently, this page will say so before the feature goes live, and the date at the top will change.
