Affiliate disclosure: who pays for this guide
Pause Point makes money in one way: Springbok Casino may pay us a commission when someone opens an account through our tracked link. That link sits in the header and footer of every page (and on the page-not-found screen), and it never decides which limit, break or help line we recommend.
The one link we are paid for
The “Log in at Springbok” button in the header (a plainer “Visit Springbok Casino” on the crisis and warning-signs pages), the “Visit Springbok Casino” button in the footer and the “Open Springbok Casino” button on the page-not-found screen use a tracking address on link.springbokcasino.co.za. All three are marked as sponsored links in the page code and open in a new tab. Springbok's affiliate system uses the click to credit us if an account is opened.
Using the link costs you nothing extra. We never see your password, your identity documents or your banking details, and we do not ask Springbok for them.
The conflict, said out loud
Casino affiliate deals commonly pay the referring site a share of what the casino earns from the players it sends. Put plainly, a site like this can earn more when referred players lose more. We think you should know that before you trust anything we say about spending less.
So the site is built to work against that pull rather than with it.
What the commission does not change
- No bonus offers, coupon codes or “play now” bars anywhere on Pause Point.
- The free NRGP helpline card opens every page, before any of our content.
- Our guides explain how to cap deposits and how to self-exclude, which reduces what referred players spend.
- No rankings, scores or paid placements; there is only one casino on this site and we do not grade it.
If you ever feel a page here nudges you to play more, tell us at hello@casino-springbok.org and we will change it.
